Both Brooklyn Center for Psychotherapy and New Directions provide virtual telehealth services, meaning that the patient can connect to therapy from their home or another safe space. Primarily, a telehealth visit is conducted with Internet access on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.  Through telehealth you can attend individual sessions for mental health and/or substance or alcohol use, as well as medication management and group sessions. Many patients have found it to be more convenient than in-person visits.

Remember, regardless of the format, telehealth and in-person therapy are both effective treatments.  So why not call us?
